Equality or Equity

 

          Hey people so today I'm going to be precise short and clear about the topic at hand, you can stay with me up to the end but you can't come with me at the end, to all my readers out there I sincerely urge everyone of you to have an open mind.

           When we hear the word equality, the thing that comes to our mind is ensuring that everyone receives the same treatment and support while equity, is about giving people what they need. So the main difference is one ensures all equal opportunity while the other ensures fairness. You might wonder what's new that I don't know about equality and equity, cliche right? Not really though! See since 99% of our reality is controlled by society and what people think is right, religion, politics, education, hospitals, all with the mini agenda of money and power a lot of misinformation, disinformation all in favor of manipulation has taken the best of everything 

             Most societies in recent times emphasize more on equality on nearly every sector, yes this might be a good but with the cost of equity at stake, correct me if I'm wrong but my perceptive on the two is somehow different than what we've always known. As i always say, now that everyone knows what "THE SYSTEM" has been doing to our society the only way to make a change is to make a glitch on it, in this case we should advocate for opportunity that one needs rather than equality towards everyone, let me break this down for you. What they don't want you to have is different opportunities and in this reality that they have created; working for money, one might think equality is a good thing to them but in real sense the system is the biggest shareholder of this reality. 

         WHAT IF

       According  to the reality created for us; We have been taught to push step take and not give and all this is qualified as Equality.

      Let me start with education part; free education right equality to all children huh, instead on focusing more on equality here, I believe opportunity to do or learn what interests someone is much better of, because once someone has an opportunity of doing something he or she loves from or at a younger age is much better and the impact it would bring to the world is greater. Let me stress on this point see at a younger age whatever foundation we get is what they approve of, later on we just learn for the sake of learning and getting the degree, out of all students say 10% do really have a liking to what they did in there respective schools up to the college and universities and out of this 10% only 8% get the opportunity of doing what they learnt now what happened to the 90% they just went through a system they didn't need, graduated and most end up not working on the field they went through in their respective schools but if all that time would have been invested on what the child has passion for then everything would have been different.

              Work and money; we tend to believe that young people should get a stable job that pays them well till they get to a certain age when i say young i refer to 18yrs-40yrs while the older 40yrs-infinty are the ones to get a stable job that pays them good, why is that we believe doing so is being equal to both the old and new generation but this scenario is classified just because of age and aging while this are just mental inhibitors thus making someone age something that the system has made us believe while age is just a number. So after ensuring good opportunity that someone needs in the education sector now the tricky part is allowing you to now open your own business or company etc so instead of giving someone the opportunity he or she needs they tend to offer jobs that you get paid through them where they can easily manipulate your earning instead of letting you open up your own business or company and if you do then this is where the government comes in  

                 Government; equality we do get is just equal opportunity to work and enrich those at power at a high percentage than yourself ie. get paid to go learn then work to repay it, if that ain't enough more is taken by government and restricted once you start to overdo with your business instead of enabling us with opportunity we need example with all the taxes payed let the kids do what they love then give them free education that when they do graduate and do what they love they can invest on themselves to rather than thinking on how to pay back the government while still paying taxes

                Media plays another major role they misinform, misinterpret and lie in the name of being equal enough to share the truth told by the system without questioning because they believe the opportunity we need that is by knowing the truth about the things they've withheld against us won't rather help but bring chaos to the world, example is how no one knows more of our origin, the so called earth we live in is still a mystery, all historical events and sites either scrubbed from reality or changed to favor their goal,this is seen in social culture, beliefs and the top head being religion  

               So someone asked what about gender, well the only different thing is the sexual organs between the two ..then all the opportunity needed should be given despite the gender, a lady can be a bodybuilder open up a gym because they do have passion towards it, while a man can cook, be a chef and open up a restaurant. The only disease of equality comes in due to social beliefs that a man can't cook while a woman can't lift weights but in reality for the two only the sexual organs separates the two but opportunity should be given to anyone with respect to their need and passion. Got a question why then do men never appear in any talks compared to women when their children talk about their parents and the answer is simple lover yourself stop comparing equality of the two gender but the opportunity of love towards the two.  

  

love yourself , be fair and have a positive mind stay woke 

in this reality, everyone needs help to be independent, help doesn't necessarily mean money for capital to start something up but any help be it money, advice, job opportunity, hopefully you grasp the point, no independent person grew up just being independent, they learnt what they needed acquired the best tools and had the right opportunities to be where they are; whether someone wants to be anything let him/her be 

 Since the system made us think and work for money for them to get the power, it gets a time that you now earned it, see money is paper for sure but there no reason one should have lots of trillion money while someone else somewhere is starving yes no way someone can have an island but someone doesn't have a roof under his head but well they made money for power and one can work hard for it for sure but now you rich, give back a bit to the community only you know what you have in your pocket and giving is by heart  instead of pilling up on taking; if you have a small family keep it to two houses not 15 houses you dig? This is the part of being humble, what i mean by this you play along with the system but not letting it change you to what they want you to be; because that's what they do take take and take, here's a quick example all the governments in there respective countries to build houses for the homeless that of which they keep on grabbing and if you ain't there yet you will but with different opportunity doesn't mean you bad or a looser or something negative you might think of, just remember all this is someone's else vision create yours 

finally to anyone reading this people need opportunities slightly different from just equal ones 

there's a lot to money yet we think that's everything, there's lots of things we don't know yet we blinded by the system, it's high time we all wake up from this hole  

Imagination is everything, lets be revolutionary, let's do something out of the ordinary, seek the unknown, enjoy it and remember always be a skeptic
